Upgrade here and there

Long time not writing anything here :)

So, this was the last time my music machine looks like.

After a while spending time more on finding good and enjoyable music album which is mostly end up on ebay, I did a little change in my system.

Start from the transport, now it is a Rotel RCD1072 feeds digital data through my custom Canare digital IC to miniDAC which is now already upgraded in the linestage amp and reclocking and dejitter. From that point, goes inside Nordost Blue Heaven Rev II analog IC into the tube buffer before amplified by miniMAX100. the link between is custom Canare analog IC. Rotel increases the resolution, dynamic range and clarity while the Blue Heaven really put some speed, extension and attack on favorable enjoyment. Canare cable that I assembled can't be underestimated. cheap but not chessy. Take a look at here.


From the power source, since I already use the same plug for the cords, the old powerstripe is replaced with aluminum built powerstripe. very sturdy and create clear and silent atmosphere. From this point it delivers clear and powerful drive to the system.

The last thing I add to the system is resonance control, soundcare superspike electronic feet. I put the self-adhesive spike under transport and the polycarbonate feet under amplifier. Well, the control is good, more defined and reveal more low frequency and eliminate unnecessary disturbing vibration.

At the end, the conclusion is better music machine for better music enjoyment :)
